Questions
What counts as a document?
Anything you'd put in the filing cabinet: operating agreements, K-1s, tax returns, distribution notices, bank statements, formation certificates. One PDF is one document, whatever its length.
What happens if I hit the monthly limit?
Nothing bad. Every document you upload is accepted and stored — anything past the monthly allowance is saved and queued by name, and processes automatically when your next month starts (or right away when you subscribe annually).
What happens when my trial ends?
Unless you cancel first, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the 30 days on the plan you chose at signup. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account and you won't be charged — your records are kept safe for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted per our Terms, and you can request an export before then.
Can I cancel?

Is my data safe?
Encryption in transit and at rest, per-organization isolation, MFA, and audit logging — and your documents are never used to train AI models. The full picture is on our Security page.
